Garlic Scape Pesto

  • 8-10 Garlic Scapes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 3 Tbsp toasted pine nuts

Process all ingredients. Freezes well. Put over 1 lb hot cooked pasta. Also good on pizza.
