Herbed Croutons

  • 4 cups whole wheat bread cubes

Spread on an ungreased baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 350 until crisp and dry, 10-15 minutes. Lightly spray dried bread cubes with oil.

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried marjoram
  • 2 tsp dried parsley

Mix together and toss with the bread cubes. Return the cubes to the oven and bake until crisp, about 5 minutes.
