Honey Mustard Poppyseed Dressing

  • 6 Tbsp lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp dijon-style mustard
  • 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt & pepper to taste

Combine & whisk until smooth.
