1. Cook 1 16 oz bag frozen peas (or even better-use fresh ones from your share!)
  2. Rinse and cook 1 1/2 cups basmati rice.
  3. In sauce pan, heat 1/4 inch oil over med-high heat.
  4. Add 1 Tbsp mustard seeds, 2 Tbsp cumin seeds, 2-3 cloves of minced garlic, and 1/2 cup chopped red onion. Cook until soft, then add peas and rice and 2 tsp salt. Sprinkle with chopped fresh mint before serving.
