- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed (or homemade pizza dough)
- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8oz pkg mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp parmesan cheese
- any toppings you desire (peppers, spinach, tomatoes, onions….)
Roll out bread dough into a 12×15 inch rectangle; set aside. Combine egg yolks, oil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder and pepper; spread over dough. Arrange cheese and toppings on dough, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Roll up; place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with egg whites; bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
We like to dip it in pizza sauce.
