- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pkg taco seasoning
- Romaine Lettuce (any lettuce or mix of greens works)
- Bell Peppers
- Garden of Eatin’ Blue Chips
- Kidney beans
- Brown ground beef with onion. Add ketchup to desired consistency (meaning, I’ve never measured how much I put in, just enough to mix it easily with the 1/2 pkg taco seasoning you then add). Simmer briefly.
- Build your salad with whatever toppings you like (above are all suggestions) and enjoy!
