8-10 Garlic Scapes 1/2 cup olive oil 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 3 Tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice salt to taste 3 Tbsp toasted pine nuts Process all ingredients. Freezes well. Put over 1 lb hot cooked pasta. Also good on pizza.
